• Discord User IDs: Stored to maintain leaderboards and track scores for the word-chain game, and to identify server administrators.
• Server/Guild IDs & Channel IDs: Stored to configure specific channels for the word-chain game and logging features.
• Message Content (Intent): The Bot reads message content only in explicitly designated game channels to check if the chained word is valid. Message content is processed in real-time and is never stored or logged in any database.
• Server Member Data (Intent): The Bot processes member role updates to assign verification roles and booster tier roles.

3. How We Use Your Data

The collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To update and display the word-chain game scoreboard (matching User IDs to their respective scores).
• To manage automated role assignments (e.g., verifying users and upgrading server boosters).
• To ensure commands are only executed by authorized personnel (e.g., checking Admin IDs).

4. Data Storage and Security

Data (such as user scores and configured channel IDs) is stored securely in a local database and configuration files. We implement standard security practices to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, distribute, or share any user data or message content with any third parties, advertisers, or external services. Data is kept strictly within the Bot’s ecosystem.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

User IDs and scores are retained as long as the Bot remains active or until the data is manually wiped by the server administrator.

• User Rights: If you wish to have your data (e.g., your game score) permanently deleted from our database, you can contact the Bot developer, and your data will be purged within 30 days.
