1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, interacting with, or using the “utils” bot (“the Bot”) in your Discord server, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please remove the Bot from your server and cease all interactions with it.

2. Description of Service

The Bot provides utility features including, but not limited to, a word-chain mini-game, server member verification, and server boost tracking. The Bot is provided “as is” and is actively maintained, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service.

3. Usage Restrictions

When using the Bot, you agree not to:

  • Use the Bot to violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Intentionally exploit bugs, spam commands, or attempt to disrupt the Bot’s services.
  • Use the Bot for any malicious, illegal, or harmful activities.

4. Privileged Intents and Data Access

The Bot requires certain Privileged Intents (Message Content and Server Members) to function properly:

  • Message Content: is strictly used to evaluate user inputs for the word-chain game in designated game channels.
  • Server Members: is used to assign verification roles and track server booster status.

By using the Bot, server administrators consent to the Bot accessing this data strictly for these operational purposes.

5. Termination of Service

The Bot developers reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, without notice, including but not limited to abuse of the Bot’s features or violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The developers of the Bot shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of data, or disruptions caused by the use of the Bot. You use the Bot entirely at your own risk.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
